Shipping

 

Q:  How long will it take to ship my order?

 - International shipping takes 6-8 weeks. During the holidays, however, it can take up to 12 weeks.

Q: Where do you ship to?

 - We offer free international shipping anywhere in the World.

 

Q: My order has not arrived.

 - Please check the status of your delivery using the tracking number that was sent to your email. Alteratively, you can contact us directly through our regular email and contact channels, including WhatsApp +971 58 58 360 23.

 

Q: I have not received the e-mail with my tracking number.

 -  You will receive the e-mail once the order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder, if you cannot find the email in your Inbox. ​

 

Payments

Q: What are the payment methods ?

 - We accept credit / debit card payment, paypal, apple pay, google pay, and bank transfer.

Please contact us for the bank transfer information, in the event you wish to pay using bank transfer as your method of payment

 

Q: Why has my payment failed?

 - Make sure that your card details are correct and that your billing address is the address that is assigned to your card. If your payment is still not going through,  we recommend that you contact your bank by phone using the phone number on the back of your card, and inform your payment card issuer of your online purchase from Soho Living. ​

 

 Customization

Q: How does the customization work.

 - You can select any color from our swatches in velvet, boucle, linen and PU leather. Materials and colors can be customized on sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, beds and dining chairs. After placing your order, our team will contact you to proceed with customization.

 

Q: Can size be also customized ?

 - Yes, the size can be customized on most of our products. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of your desired customization in more detail.

 

Returns & refunds

 

Q: Can I return the product?

 - Yes, if you would like to return any item of your order, please contact us within 1 week of the item’s delivery. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging in order for the returns to be acceptable.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

 - Yes, we offer both product refunds and exchanges. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.   

 

Q: Can I cancel my order ?

 - Yes, you can cancel the order within 48 hours.  After this time however, your order has gone into production and can no longer be cancelled.
